How is the Zimbs Valetex platform priced?
The platform is licensed per seat. Pricing depends on the number of seats, your deployment choice (Cloud SaaS or on-premise), and the support level your firm needs. Tell us your team size and how you work and we will scope a quote — there is no per-report charge for licensed seats.
What is the difference between Cloud SaaS and on-premise pricing?
Cloud SaaS is hosted by Zimbs Valetex with per-seat licensing and continuous updates. On-premise runs inside your own network for full data sovereignty, typically as an Enterprise agreement with custom seat counts and a dedicated support arrangement. Both deliver the identical analytical result.
Can you run engagements for us instead of licensing seats?
Yes. Alongside per-seat licensing, our credentialed analysts can run engagements for you on the same platform as a managed engagement — useful for companies, CPAs/CAs, and one-off needs. The analytical result and methodology trail are the same either way.
Is there a minimum commitment or a demo?
